All Log In issues found here.
haven't been able to login since the new site. i take it some are getting in, right? been trying all kinds of different times. just keep getting "servers are busy". still using the "0000".
We shall consolidate all the various threads on logins and passwords into this thread. MOD - YB.
Haven't been able to log-in since Fri.
I keep getting a box that thinks I want to cchange passwords on my accounts, which I don't want to do. Then it gives me the user name/ password not found. I filled out a couple of tickets but no results yet. Hope it happens soon so we can get in to read the news when it comes. Think I have tried at least a hundred times. Guess I'm learning patience. Betty

Betty, the best way you can overcome your despair on the accounts is give the PIPS support a call and they can correct it straightaway... I hope you have all the account identity numbers at hand rather than spelling out every account etc... helps move faster and for them too in shortening time on the telephone, it's much more efficient to go with the numbers instead, esp. if you have plenty of accounts to deal with. Still can't get in to two accounts
I did get an answer from my trouble ticket. They told me to call the office, same as some of you suggestred. I've been on the phone through all of Sun. night and now until 1:45 Mon. afternoon and all I can get from the three support numbers is a busy signal. I've tried accepting one of their secret questions and giving the same answer that I gave in Picpay but that isn't accepted as part of my profile either. If I ignore the question it says -user name/ password not found. Oh well, guess I'm just one of thousands locked out and IT is working, but I'm tired. Think I'll go take a nap and wait for the day shift to come back to work in about 6 hours. Betty

Login failed. Username/password not found. The universal reply to my login for the last 10 days. Over and over again. Ok maybe a problem, maybe the username and Password I have been using forever is now not right. It is all lowercase and no special characters. Anyway I go to support ticket system to register this. First time I get back, Servers slow try again. Not the problem. Ticket closed and low and behold the ticket reply is to someone else. Not my ticket!!!! Try again. Ticket still new, but copy of ticket is again someone else"s. So I am blind to my accounts with no path at this time to any resolution. Has anyone seen any info from "you know who" as to what is going on :?: Thx
